I need in full name, years of life and reference (see below) for this description:

1921   I. Schpeck (full name? YYYY-YYYY ?) (reference ?) substantiated the current theory of the submicron protoplasm structure. He thought the protoplasm to look homogenous merely because its fine structure was not seen in the microscope, whose resolution is as low as about 2 microns. It is only in the electron microscope that the ‘cytoplasmic matrix’ and organoids became seen.
