The topic # 4.
Walther Flemming
(1843-1905). 1882 Walther Flemming (1843-1906) (reference ?) discovers lampbrush chromosomes (‘chromosome’ means ‘colored body’) and describes and names CHROMATIN, MITOSIS, and the SPIREME. He makes the first accurate counts of chromosome numbers and accurately drew the "longitudinal splitting" of chromosomes. In his work he used staining of the cell by dyes. Help me please with this reference... Thanks to Axel W. Bauer the reference and corrections were inserted in the description: Flemming,
Walther (1843-1906): Zellsubstanz, Kern und Zelltheilung. Leipzig: F.C.W.
